HWLE Lawyers is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Workplace Relations & Safety team in Melbourne. You will work closely with Partners and advise a diverse client base across government, corporate, insurers and statutory authorities on complex employment matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PAE in employment law.
• Experience handling contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Strong understanding of workplace relations and safety law.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Advise on industrial relations and safety matters.
• Manage high‑quality employment law matters for corporate clients.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers in the team.
• Collaborate with Partners to drive complex investigations.
