Service Industry Advisory Group (SIAG) in Melbourne is seeking a senior employment lawyer to advise on industrial relations, employment, discrimination, investigations and litigation across Courts and Tribunals.

Based in Docklands, you will manage varied and complex matters end-to-end, working closely with clients and developing your expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong focus on work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years PQE with strong experience across employment law and industrial relations.
• Autonomous working capability as well as team collaboration managing a diverse workload.
• Strong analytical, practical problem solving and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a senior member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in advising on all aspects of matters across industrial relations, employment, discrimination, investigations and litigation in Courts and Tribunals.
