Gilchrist Connell is expanding its Perth team and seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with 6+ years of post-admission experience in personal injury litigation, focusing on insurance matters including CTP. You will work alongside a dynamic team, handling complex claims and providing high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6+ years' post admission experience in personal injury litigation.
• Experience in assessing catastrophic and fatal accident claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are adaptable to the audience.
• Self-motivated and able to work at pace.
• Ability to manage client expectations and run matters autonomously.
• Practical and client focused in solving problems

Currently we are seeking a 6+ PAE Senior Associate or Special Counsel to support the work of our Perth team. In this role you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of insurance matters with a focus on Compulsory Third Party (CTP).
