Responsibilities

About the Role

You will work directly with the firm's leader and play a key role in:

• Running complex employment, workplace relations front end and litigation matters


• Acting as a genuine trusted adviser to employers across a range of industries across SEQ and nationally


• Supervising, mentoring and coaching junior lawyers


• Developing the technical capability of the legal team, including through CLEs


• Delivering client training, presentations and thought leadership


• Building and deepening client relationships


• Identifying and pursuing opportunities for practice growth and development


• Contributing to the strategic direction and future success of the firm
