Responsibilities

• Running complex employment, workplace relations front end and litigation matters.
• Acting as a genuine trusted adviser to employers across a range of industries across SEQ and nationally.

• Developing the technical capability of the legal team, including through CLEs.
• Delivering client training, presentations and thought leadership.
• Building and deepening client relationships.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities for practice growth and development.
• Contributing to the strategic direction and future success of the firm.
