• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of private business clients, understanding their tax needs.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on tax-efficient strategies including succession planning, mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring.
