Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a consulting or professional services environment with at least one promotion.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related quantitative discipline with strong academic performance.
• Strong analytical capabilities with logical, structured thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to extract meaningful insights from large, incomplete, or unstructured data sets.
• Strong organisational and written/verbal communication skills across levels.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive research and analysis: execute structured research and data analysis to identify themes, trends, and insights aligned with project objectives.
• Developing financial models: build and review detailed financial and operational models with QA controls.
• Producing high‑quality client deliverables: synthesize analyses into clear, concise presentations and reports.
• Supporting business development: contribute to proposals and thought leadership, articulating A&M’s value proposition.

How You Will Contribute

As a Senior Associate within the Performance Improvement Practice, you will support multiple high‑profile and complex engagements, delivering rapid, tangible results with a focus on bottom‑line improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive research and analysis: Execute structured research and data analysis using primary and secondary sources to identify key themes, trends, and insights aligned to project hypotheses and client objectives.
• Developing financial models: Build and review detailed financial and operational models, applying robust quality assurance controls to ensure accuracy, reliability, and insightful outputs that support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Producing high‑quality client deliverables: Synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise, and compelling presentations, reports, and other client materials that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Supporting business development: Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and industry or company analyses by identifying client needs, helping shape tailored solutions, and articulating A&M’s value proposition.
• Collaborating across teams: Build strong working relationships within the Performance Improvement practice and across A&M, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
