A&M’s Performance Improvement Practice partners with Private Equity and Corporate clients globally to deliver end-to-end support across the investment lifecycle. Our work spans pre- and post-M&A engagements, operational and cost transformation, supply chain and manufacturing excellence, turnaround and restructuring, interim management, and CFO-level finance leadership support.

How You Will Contribute
As a Senior Associate within the Performance Improvement Practice, you will support multiple high-profile and complex engagements, delivering rapid, tangible results with a focus on bottom-line improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive research and analysis: Execute structured research and data analysis using primary and secondary sources to identify key themes, trends, and insights aligned to project hypotheses and client objectives.
• Developing financial models: Build and review detailed financial and operational models, applying robust quality assurance controls to ensure accuracy, reliability, and insightful outputs that support data-driven decision-making.
• Producing high-quality client deliverables: Synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise, and compelling presentations, reports, and other client materials that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Supporting business development: Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and industry or company analyses by identifying client needs, helping shape tailored solutions, and articulating A&M’s value proposition.
• Collaborating across teams: Build strong working relationships within the Performance Improvement practice and across A&M, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  

Qualifications
We are seeking high-performing individuals with:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a consulting or professional services environment with at least one promotion.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitatively focused discipline with strong academic performance
• Strong analytical capabilities with logical, structured thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to extract meaningful insights from large, incomplete, or unstructured data sets
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels—from operational teams to senior executives
• Highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills with a results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel as required
