Grant Thornton Australia is seeking a Senior Associate in Partner Tax to join our Private Enterprise team. Bring your accounting and tax expertise to deliver compliant returns and proactive planning for our Partners and investment entities while working in a flexible, hybrid model.

This role offers autonomy, close collaboration with Partners, and opportunities to grow within a mid-tier firm known for its supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Qualification(s) in Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant qualification
• CA / CPA qualified, studying or enrolment underway
• Significant experience in business and tax advisory within a chartered accounting setting
• Interest in working with professionals and investment entities
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities

Responsabilités

• Work closely with Partners to meet accounting and tax compliance requirements, including timely preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
• Assist with accounting, tax advisory and tax planning matters
• Build strong relationships with Partners and other stakeholders while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation affecting the firm’s Partners
