Grant Thornton Australia in Sydney is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to accelerate their career in our high-performing Corporate Tax team. You’ll work on tailored advice for corporate tax processes, including audits, international tax issues, governance, and deal structuring.

From day one you’ll work closely with Partners, receive mentoring, and have access to regular tax training and hands-on client exposure.

Competenze

• University degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
• Significant corporate tax professional services experience.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Understanding of tax compliance for corporate clients.
• Experience coaching junior staff.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Sydney team.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review company and trust tax returns for clients.
• Provide tax consulting on consolidation, treaties and hybrid mismatches.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and due diligence.
• Research international tax issues and prepare calculations.
• Support ATO reviews and governance matters.
• Assist with business development and proposals.
