Job summary

The Constructive Collective is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical services design from early planning through construction delivery in Sydney. You will ensure design excellence across quality, sustainability, safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

You will mentor engineers, foster a high-performance culture, and contribute to business growth through client engagement and strong technical input.
