Qualifications

• 5+ years' PAE with experience across commercial disputes and insolvency.
• a desire to work in a lean team environment, with ownership of matters and involvement in setting strategy.
• strategic and critical thinking capability due to engaging in complex disputes.
• a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Work on bespoke, complex and commercially significant disputes, including corporations and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, franchising disputes, ACL claims, property disputes and building and construction disputes.
