Job summary

Omnia Capital Partners is seeking a Senior Associate to support the Head of Client Services and Relationship Manager in delivering integrated family office services. You will assist with client relationships, tax compliance coordination, investment reporting, and implementation of client strategies.

Joining the team means exposure to high-net-worth clients, sophisticated structures, and collaboration with the CIO and Investment Analyst to deliver tailored investment solutions.

Qualifications

  • CA/CPA qualified with 2-4 years post-qualification experience in a chartered accounting firm specialising in Business Advisory & Tax Compliance.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, with Power BI experience highly regarded.
  • An understanding of the obligations and control environment applicable to an Australian financial services business is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Relationship Manager in building relationships with assigned clients and attend client meetings when required.
  • Assist with proposals, document signatories, letters of engagement, fee analysis, client account administration and required follow-up actions.
  • Assist with cash flow management for client accounts.
  • Work with the support team to collate financial information for year-end review.
  • Coordinate with our external tax compliance partner to support the timely delivery of services.
  • Conduct an initial review of year-end financial statements and tax returns, and complete any required updates following Partner approval.
  • Assist the Investment Analyst with quarterly reporting, portfolio reviews/rebalancing and investment analysis.
  • Assist with reviewing and maintaining data within the Asora reporting platform.
  • Support the Relationship Manager with client account administration, correspondence, and investment recommendations.
  • Liaise with and build relationships with operational service providers, including Netwealth, Macquarie, NAB, OFX and Asora.
  • Support the team in meeting AML-CTF and KYC regulatory requirements.
  • Provide operational support for custody and non-custody portfolio activities.
  • Coordinate investment recommendations, manage their implementation through to completion, and provide timely updates to clients.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Associate to support the Head of Client Services and Relationship Manager in delivering integrated family office services. The role combines client relationship support, tax compliance coordination, investment reporting and the detailed implementation of client strategies and recommendations.


You’ll also work closely with the CIO and Investment Analyst, gaining hands-on exposure to high-net-worth clients, sophisticated client structures, investment portfolios and family office operations.


Key Responsibilities

Client Management


  • Assist the Relationship Manager in building relationships with assigned clients and attend client meetings when required

  • Assist with proposals, document signatories, letters of engagement, fee analysis, client account administration and required follow-up actions.

About You

  • Maturity, professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client and financial information. Experience with trusts, companies, SMSFs or family investment structures is highly regarded.
