E&A Lawyers in Mona Vale, a boutique Wills, Estates and Property firm, seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to join our close-knit team. You will manage matters across estate planning, trusts, property and estate administration, providing practical legal advice from instructions to completion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in two or more of our practice areas.
• Current NSW Practising Certificate is required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Empathetic approach to supporting clients through sensitive matters.
• Ability to manage a matter load independently while collaborating with Directors.

Responsabilités

• Manage a diverse range of matters in estate planning, trusts, property and estate administration.
• Provide high-quality, practical legal advice.
• Take ownership of matters from initial instructions through to completion.
• Draft, review and advise on a range of legal documents and transactions.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers and team members.
• Collaborate with experienced practitioners on interesting matters.
• Contribute to business development, knowledge sharing and the continued growth of the firm.
