Job summary

DiMention Recruitment Pty Ltd in Brisbane CBD is partnering with a national law firm to fill an Employment Senior Associate & 2IC role. You will mentor juniors, work with a Partner, and enjoy a private office with flexible hybrid arrangements.

You will handle advocacy in industrial disputes, appear at the Fair Work Commission, and lead cases on discrimination, unfair dismissal, and WHS matters nationwide. The firm supports growth and positive change in Australia's employment landscape.

Qualifications

• Senior Associate level with advisory and litigation experience in Employment Law.
• Experience in Australian employment law and workplace health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Advocate in industrial disputes and employment contract disputes.
• Appear in the Fair Work Commission.
• Champions cases on discrimination, sexual harassment, and unfair dismissal.
• Advise on workplace conduct complaints, redundancy processes, or negotiating with unions.
• Work on WHS matters across the country.
• Provide expert advice on restraint of trade, confidentiality, and termination disputes.
