Job summary

Montgomery Advisory in Sydney is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Employment & Industrial Relations team, handling a broad range of matters for private and public sector clients.

You will work on workplace investigations, regulatory compliance, discrimination, WHS and remuneration issues, with exposure to litigation across courts and tribunals.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years PAE, strong client focus, and the ability to develop business through seminars and publications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PAE in Employment & Industrial Relations
• Experience handling investigations, compliance, discrimination, WHS and remuneration matters
• Strong client focus and commercial acumen

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of employment law matters, including investigations, regulatory work and disputes across Courts and Tribunals.
• Provide high-quality advice on workplace relations, discrimination, whistleblowing and modern slavery issues.
• Develop business opportunities through seminars, publications and client relationships.
