Job summary

ADP Consulting in Brisbane is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of building services across commercial, healthcare, education and residential projects, owning project outcomes and driving technical excellence.

You will mentor junior engineers, foster client relationships, and collaborate with HVAC, fire, structural and civil teams to ensure sustainable, high‑quality solutions, with 8+ years of building services experience and RPEQ eligibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Building Services Electrical Engineering.
• Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary projects and leading teams.
• Expertise in lighting, power, communications, security, and backup power.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of building services projects across sectors.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers; build strong client relationships.
• Provide strategic technical guidance and ensure quality across projects.
• Collaborate with mechanical, hydraulic, fire, structural and civil disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
