Job summary

Allens is seeking a Senior Associate or Associate to focus on TMT (Cyber, Privacy and AI). The role is based in Sydney, with options for Brisbane or Melbourne, and offers hybrid working arrangements.

You will advise on cyber preparedness, incident response, data matters, AI governance, and regulatory investigations, collaborating with teams to guide executives and boards through digital risk issues.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on cyber preparedness and incident response, complex data, privacy, spam and surveillance, and regulatory investigations—ideally from a top-tier, national or international firm, or in-house.
• Experience advising on AI governance and transactions, and compliance with Australian cyber and privacy laws, desirable but not required.
