DLA Piper’s Investment Management & Funds (IM&F) practice is growing, and we are seeking a funds lawyer to join our Sydney-based team. The role will work with our national IM&F Australia team operating from Sydney and Brisbane, collaborating with partners and senior lawyers on cross-border matters.

You will contribute to funds formation and transactional work, advise blue-chip asset managers, and help build lasting client relationships within a leading global law firm renowned for investment

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years PQE with experience within funds at a leading firm.
• Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Outstanding academics.

DLA Piper's Investment Management & Funds (IM&F) practice is growing, and we are looking for a talented funds lawyer to join our team. The role will be based in Sydney.

You will work across our national IM&F Australia team which operates out of Sydney and Brisbane, and be part of one of the largest investment management and funds practices in the world. You can expect to be working closely with the 3 partners and gain a blend of experience working with other senior lawyers in the team.
