We’re now looking for a Senior Associate Architect who wants to contribute beyond project delivery—someone motivated to lead well, build trusted relationships, and play a role in shaping the future of the practice.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine leadership role with visibility across projects, clients, and the studio.

You’ll work closely with Directors to:

Lead major projects from concept through delivery

Build and strengthen long-term client relationships

Mentor and develop teams

Contribute to strategy and practice direction

For the right individual, there is a clear pathway to Directorship over time.

What We’re Looking For

Registered Architect (WA)

15+ years’ experience

Strong background in education and/or health projects

Proven ability to lead projects and teams with professionalism

Commercial awareness with a commitment to quality outcomes
