Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation | Sydney

A well-regarded Sydney disputes team is looking to add a Senior Associate (circa 4-8 PQE) to handle high-value commercial litigation and grow towards counsel.

About the role

You'll run substantial commercial disputes largely on your own carriage, working closely with partners on strategy for the firm's biggest matters. Expect genuine variety: contractual and shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, professional negligence, insolvency-related litigation, and exposure to class actions, for a client base of ASX-listed companies, financial institutions and government bodies.

What you'll bring

Circa 4-8 years' PQE in commercial litigation/dispute resolution, gained at a top-tier, national or well-regarded boutique firm. Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills, sound commercial judgment, and the confidence to manage matters and junior team members with real autonomy. Federal Court and/or Supreme Court experience is highly regarded.
