Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking an Assistant Program Manager (APM), Work Level 3, to support the LNIC Program of Work within the Defence Capability System in Canberra. The role requires NV1 security clearance and close coordination with Army command and joint forums.

You will lead planning, risk management, procurement support, governance activities, and stakeholder engagement with Defence, industry and Commonwealth officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in project/program management or certification.
• 10+ years of industry experience in program management.
• Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) clearance.
• Must work in Canberra, ACT.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining the LNIC Program of Work.
• Coordinate external WTO requests and internal LNIC activities.
• Develop project management processes with SO2 Operations Officer.
• Support risk management and governance activities.
• Assist in planning LNIC support to Defence exercises.
• Carry out other tasks directed by SO2 Operations Officer or LNIC Military Executive Group.
