Job summary

SANY Group is seeking a commercially driven Senior Finance Account Manager in Australia to grow asset finance and support sales performance across dealer networks. The role focuses on credit risk, documentation, and portfolio management in a global equipment finance context.

You will collaborate with sales teams, dealers and HQ to optimize financing solutions, assess risk, and deliver insights that drive sustainable growth in asset finance penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in asset finance, equipment finance, banking or commercial lending.
• Strong knowledge of credit assessment, risk control and portfolio management.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Heavy equipment or dealer finance experience highly regarded.
• Mandarin is essential for communication with HQ.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer finance applications and support credit approval processes.
• Conduct credit and risk assessments and identify potential exposures.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance, repayments and overdue accounts.
• Manage finance documentation, insurance requirements and compliance.
• Work closely with sales, dealers, credit teams and HQ to support asset finance growth.
• Provide portfolio analysis, reporting and risk insights to management.
