Queensland Corrective Services in Brisbane seeks an experienced Principal Adviser to coordinate and manage assessment and planning assurance activities and ensure robust development and monitoring of risk/need assessments and case management practices.

Reporting to the Manager, Assessment and Planning Assurance, you will work in a small collaborative team and apply governance and evidence-based approaches across offender management and the criminal justice system.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in offender assessment and case management.
• Ability to analyse information from multiple sources and provide recommendations.
• Strong governance, assurance and policy interpretation capabilities.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement across complex groups.
