Job summary

Bramwell Sage, the dedicated high‑end architectural joinery division of PROVISE360, seeks a Senior Architectural Joinery Installer & Site Coordinator for Sydney projects. You will work hands-on on site while coordinating installation activities across teams.

This role focuses on high-end residential joinery, cabinetmaking, and coordinating interfaces with trades, ensuring QA, measurements and data flow from site to design systems. Office in Sydney, with a lean experienced team.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in high-end residential joinery or premium commercial fit-out.
• Proven cabinetmaking and joinery construction experience.
• Ability to read architectural and detailed joinery drawings.
• Strong QA controls and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• High-end architectural and bespoke joinery installation.
• Coordinating installers and installation activities on site.
• Detailed site measuring, setting out and dimensional verification.
• Digital site measurement and scanning.
• Establishing and checking project datums.
• Capturing actual constructed site conditions digitally.

Job description

Senior Architectural Joinery Installer & Site Coordinator

You will work closely with project delivery, technical, design and production teams and take an important role in the site execution of high-end architectural joinery projects. You will remain hands‑on and on the tools, while also taking responsibility for coordinating installation activities and ensuring work is delivered to the standard expected of high‑end architectural joinery. Projects include substantial architectural homes and boutique residential developments, predominantly throughout Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore, with joinery packages typically ranging from approximately $250,000 to $1.5 million.

Key responsibilities

High‑end architectural and bespoke joinery installation

Coordinating installers and installation activities on site

Detailed site measuring, setting out and dimensional verification

Digital site measurement and scanning

Establishing and checking project datums

Capturing actual constructed site conditions digitally

Transferring site measurement data into technical and design systems

Working with technical and PYTHA design teams to ensure site information is accurately interpreted

Reviewing installation drawings and planning installation sequencing

Receiving, checking and organising joinery deliveries

Coordinating interfaces with stone, glass, metalwork, appliances, electrical, lighting, plumbing and other trades

Identifying site discrepancies and installation risks early

Communicating with builders, site managers and internal project team

Progressive installation QA and quality control

Managing adjustments, defects and final finishing

Recording site information, photographs, measurements and outstanding items

Maintaining clean, organised and professional project sites

About you

Substantial experience in high‑end residential joinery, architectural joinery or premium commercial fit‑out

Proven experience in cabinetmaking and joinery construction

Experience in high‑end architectural joinery installation

Competent reading architectural and detailed joinery drawings

Demonstrate experience with veneered and painted cabinetry, including QA controls

Strong experience with integrated appliances and services

Strong experience with stone, glass and metalwork interfaces

Foresight to understand the appropriate installation sequence to achieve a risk free outcome

Quality control processes, and defect management

Excellent practical judgement and problem‑solving capability

Understanding of datums, tolerances, construction geometry and how joinery interfaces with an actual building
