Job summary

Gough Recruitment partners with a premier Brisbane architecture studio to identify a Senior Architect / Project Lead for luxury multi-residential and mixed-use developments. You will shape design concepts and drive projects from concept through design resolution in a collaborative studio environment.

Working with Partners and senior leadership, you’ll refine concepts, lead design development, prepare client-facing materials, and contribute to design reviews while ensuring high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in architecture or design-led practice.
• Strong design, concept development and design resolution skills.
• Experience delivering multi-residential, luxury residential or mixed-use projects.
• Exposure to developer-led projects and stakeholder engagement.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to design development across projects.
• Translate conceptual ideas into buildable architectural solutions.

Are you a design-driven Architect ready to take the lead on high-profile residential projects? We're partnering with a highly regarded architecture studio seeking a Senior Architect / Project Lead to help shape and deliver exceptional multi-residential, luxury housing and mixed-use developments.

This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced industry leaders, taking projects from concept through to design resolution while contributing to a collaborative and highly creative studio environment.

The Role

Working alongside Partners and senior leadership, you'll play a key role in developing design concepts, testing ideas, resolving complex design challenges and helping to deliver outstanding architectural outcomes.

You'll be involved in:

• Leading and contributing to design development across a range of projects
• Translating conceptual ideas into well-resolved architectural solutions
• Preparing presentations, design studies and client-facing material
• Collaborating with consultants, project teams and internal stakeholders
• Participating in design reviews and contributing innovative ideas
• Supporting project delivery while maintaining strong design integrity
• Building strong relationships with developer clients and project stakeholders

About You

We're interested in speaking with experienced Architects, Project Leads or exceptionally talented professionals who possess a strong design mindset and a genuine passion for architecture.

Ideally you'll have:

• 7+ years' experience
• Strong design, concept development and design resolution skills
• Experience delivering multi-residential, luxury residential or mixed-use projects

• The ability to take direction, test ideas and evolve concepts into buildable solutions
