Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related fields
  • Lead EIAs and approvals for mine development
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products and services meet regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Review and analyse technical data, product specifications, and test results to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and submit regulatory applications to relevant authorities
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain approvals, licenses, and permits
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and communicate any changes to the relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve compliance issues
  • Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the environmental industry
  • Delivering approvals EPBC, EP Act part IV&V, Mining act and international
