The role covers month‑end support, user access management, performance monitoring, and vendor coordination, with a focus on continuous improvement and end‑to‑end processes.

As our Senior Applications Specialist , you will manage, support and continually optimise our Finance applications stack, working closely with our internal Finance team to ensure business‑critical platforms are secure, performant, up to date and delivering value. This role supports key operations including time capture, billing, credit control, accounts payable, financial reporting, resource planning, travel and expense management. As the subject matter expert across platforms such as APS, Workcapcha, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, SAP Concur, FCM, Saviom and Workplace Requisitions, you will be the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day system support, vendor engagement, project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
