Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a Senior Application Advisor to join our Technology Support team at the Beaudesert Road office in Brisbane. This permanent, full-time role will deliver advanced support for Minestar, Product Link, VisionLink and related technologies.

You will lead investigations of complex issues, provide technical guidance, and mentor Application Advisors while driving continual improvements across incident, problem, change and knowledge management.

Qualifications

Significant enterprise IT experience in mining/heavy equipment environments preferred.
Strong ITIL knowledge and service-management best practices.
Ability to mentor and lead Application Advisors and cross-functional teams.
Proven problem-solving skills with end-to-end resolution capability.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced support for Minestar, Product Link, VisionLink and other technologies.
Lead investigation, diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues.
Act as SME; mentor Application Advisors and broader support teams.
Drive continual improvement across service-management processes, systems and customer activities.
Collaborate with customers, Caterpillar SMEs, vendors and stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.
Maintain and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Release Management.
Contribute to solution design, business improvement projects and technology roadmaps.
Assist with system configuration, testing, dashboard development and reporting in Cherwell.
