The role of the Senior Application Support Analyst within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Corporate Services branch is to provide continued and effective specialist ICT business systems support to internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in application support, software testing, and system analysis; come from an ICT service delivery background; with a focus on supporting business-critical applications and driving system improvements; have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
