Job summary

EQ Recruit in Perth is seeking a Senior Full Stack Application Developer for a 12-month contract. You will own the full development lifecycle, building enterprise apps and delivering robust web, desktop and mobile experiences using C#, .NET and React.

Work closely with business stakeholders, architects and tech leadership, design scalable solutions, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment in Azure. A strong background across full-stack development and enterprise architecture is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ application development experience.
• Strong C#, .NET and React capability.
• Enterprise architecture and solution design experience.
• Experience across web, desktop and mobile development.
• Exposure to Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Azure SQL.
• Experience with mobile frameworks such as .NET MAUI, Xamarin, React Native or Flutter.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with an ASX organisation to appoint a Senior Full Stack Application Developer to join their Technology team on a 12-month contract. This is a hands‑on senior role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building enterprise applications and working closely with the business to deliver technology that genuinely supports users and operational outcomes.

You’ll have ownership across the full development lifecycle, with exposure to solution design, architecture, development, deployment and ongoing support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate business and user requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, BAs, PMs and technology leadership.
• Develop and maintain Azure DevOps / CI/CD pipelines.

• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
• Promote strong standards across code quality, testing, security and documentation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

What We’re Looking For
