Infosys seeks a Senior Consulting Partner to lead Appian and process automation initiatives for a major Financial Services client. You will drive transformation programs, originate opportunities, and ensure measurable business value through Appian-led solutions and AI-enabled workflows.

Hybrid work arrangements apply, with focus on executive advisory and high-impact delivery across the ANZ region. Strong leadership, client management, and global delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years in Appian Architecture or CTO advisory roles.
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong English communication abilities.
• Deep Financial Services domain expertise across Banking, Wealth, Payments, Lending, Risk, Operations, or Customer Service.
• Proven track record of growing strategic client accounts and leading multi‑million‑dollar transformation programs.
• Experience collaborating with technology partners and managing complex enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the Appian services portfolio within the designated client account.
• Lead transformation programs and drive recurring revenue.
• Develop and own multi‑year transformation roadmaps.
• Guide executive workshops and value discovery sessions.
• Oversee delivery governance and client satisfaction.
