Job summary

BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Appian Designer/Developer with 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience to design, develop and deliver enterprise-grade applications on the Appian Low-Code Platform in Melbourne, Australia.

You will lead solution design, hands-on development and technical leadership, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable workflow solutions, integrations and user experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on Appian development and design.
Appian Senior Developer certification or equivalent.
Experience with Appian BPM, Process Models, SAIL, Records, Reports.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Appian applications.
Translate business requirements into scalable process models, rules, and integrations.
Develop complex Appian apps with performance, security, and maintainability in mind.
Build Process Models, SAIL Forms, Records, Reports, Rules, Sites and CDTs.
Integrate Appian with external systems via REST APIs and databases.
Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, planning, testing, and deployments.
