Job summary

Infosys in Sydney is seeking a Senior Consulting Partner - Appian & Process Automation (Financial Services) to lead and grow the Appian and automation portfolio for a major FS client.

You will act as executive advisor, shape transformation roadmaps, and drive revenue growth while ensuring delivery excellence across regional engagements. Hybrid work arrangements apply, with case-by-case flexibility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience.
• 5+ years in Appian Architecture or CTO advisory roles.
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Strong FS domain expertise across Banking, Wealth, Payments, Lending, Risk, Operations, or Customer Service.
• Deep understanding of Appian, BPM, Workflow Automation, Case Management, and Intelligent Automation platforms.
• Proven track record growing strategic client accounts and leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Act as executive advisor for Appian and process automation initiatives.
• Lead client discussions on transformation roadmaps and investment strategies.
• Own revenue growth and expansion of the Appian services portfolio.
• Lead opportunities shaping, value discovery sessions, and deal closures.
• Collaborate with regional sales, consulting, and alliance teams to expand market presence.
• Provide governance and ensure delivery excellence across engagements.
