Job summary

Drug and Alcohol Services Australia (DASA) seeks a senior clinical leader to oversee services across Alice Springs and remote NT communities. You will drive clinical governance, support four Service Managers, and translate expert AOD strategy into executive decisions.

You will shape programs, manage complex client care plans, and lead budget planning while strengthening stakeholder relations and regional research insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Alcohol & Other Drugs, Health, or Social Care.
• Current Driver’s Licence and ability to travel to remote communities.
• Experience managing concurrent programs and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of AOD intervention models and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery, and evaluation of clinical and AOD programs.
• Direct clinical governance, intake functions, and complex care plans.
• Supervise four Service Managers and drive team performance.
• Prepare budgets, grant proposals, and maintain stakeholder relations.
• Monitor AOD research to address shifting regional drug trends.
