Job summary

Neogen Corporation seeks a seasoned science leader to drive technical projects across Animal Health product lifecycle, from formulation through validation and regulatory alignment. You will apply chemistry, pharmacology, and analytical science to improve performance, quality, cost, and manufacturability, collaborating across R&D, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field with significant industry experience.
• Experience with animal health products and regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO, CVM).
• Ability to design experiments, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience authoring technical reports, validation documents, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experimental testing across product lifecycle.
• Lead technical investigations and troubleshooting for Animal Health products.
• Develop and implement product/process improvements to enhance quality and cost performance.
• Lead projects involving formulation changes, manufacturing transfers, and CAPA.
• Support scale-up, validation, and commercialization of new products.
