Job description

Join CSL’s Global Human Resources team as a Senior Analyst Total Rewards, based in our Melbourne office. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of five, all co-located locally, and report to the Head of Executive Compensation, Equity, Performance and Recognition. This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to work across multiple global reward programs and build a career in Total Rewards.

The Role

  • Support the administration and analysis of global equity programs, including share allocations, vesting schedules, and financial transfers.
  • Contribute to the performance management cycle, including system updates, KPI tracking, reporting, and identifying opportunities for improvements
  • Partner with specialists to help manage the running of the global recognition program, including data uploads, troubleshooting, and platform refresh/transition support.
  • Assist in the running of the executive compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus distributions, and data preparation for remuneration insights.
  • Participate in data migration and testing as CSL transitions or refreshes external platforms for equity and recognition programs.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support across reward streams, including reporting, benchmarking, insight generation and system validation.

Your Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a medium to large organisation, ideally in HR, finance, or data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) and familiarity with Workday.
  • Extensive experience working with HR data, systems, and reporting tools; PowerBI skills are highly regarded.
  • Experience working in a global environment with varied time zones
  • Exposure to reward processes (e.g. equity, performance, recognition) is a plus but not essential – a significant amount of on-the-job learning is expected.
