Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Econometrics, or related discipline.
5+ years’ experience in financial services, wealth management, asset operations, or portfolio implementation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling capabilities.
Advanced Excel skills and strong communication skills.
Understanding of superannuation structures and multi-manager investments.
Experience managing investment strategy changes, portfolio restructures, or asset transitions.
Knowledge of unit pricing impacts and in-specie transfers.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

Analyse investment strategy changes and develop transition management plans.
Manage movement and restructuring of investment assets across portfolios.
Coordinate and monitor transition activities for quality and risk mitigation.
Identify risks and develop practical solutions for implementation.
Oversee and evaluate external transition managers.
Collaborate with Asset Management, Operations, Product, Legal, and Fund Accounting teams.
Ensure governance and compliance throughout implementation.
Contribute to broader investment implementation initiatives as required.
