RSM Australia is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join the indirect tax team, delivering compliance, advisory and research for a diverse client base. You’ll apply strong analytical skills to interpret legislation and provide practical advice.

In this Sydney-based role, you’ll work with Partners and Managers, manage WIP, billing and budgets, and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing while developing your tax expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Commerce or Finance with an Accounting major.
• CA qualification commenced or nearing completion (or willingness to commence).
• Master of Tax or CTA desirable for Senior Analyst level.

Aufgaben

• Assist with indirect tax compliance, advisory and consultancy services across a range of matters.
• Research relevant case law, legislation and revenue authority guidance.
• Analyse client data and identify practical solutions for clients.
• Support client relationship management and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Assist with engagement risk assessment, quality control and commercial decisions.
• Manage workflows, time budgets and work in progress.
• Contribute to in-house training and knowledge sharing.
• (Senior Analyst level) Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
