Job summary

Coolamon Consulting is seeking a Senior Analyst in Sydney to join its growing economics and advisory team. You will work on demographic forecasting, market potential assessments and highest and best use analyses, delivering strategic insights for clients.

You’ll collaborate with Brisbane and Sydney directors, deliver research, present findings to stakeholders, and contribute to client meetings and industry events, with opportunities to grow within the firm.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in property economics, strategy or research or consulting.
• Strong analytical and report writing skills with experience presenting advice.
• Confident presentation skills and ability to present findings to clients.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to client and project delivery.

Coolamon provides economics and advisory services across the property sector, spanning urban economics, development, acquisition, divestment and portfolio performance, helping clients uncover opportunities, enhance value and mitigate risk.

You’ll work closely with the firm’s Brisbane‑based economics Director and Sydney advisory Directors, delivering strategic engagements across demographic forecasting, market potential and highest and best use assessments, supply and demand analysis, and economic research. The role blends project delivery with client engagement and business development, including leading client meetings and industry events.
