Motion Recruitment is partnering with a leading Australian design consultancy to source an experienced Analog Design Engineer. The role focuses on designing and developing analog circuits and high-speed hardware, taking ownership of hardware architecture and contributing across multiple projects.

Based in Australia (Adelaide, Sydney or Melbourne) with hybrid or remote options, you will collaborate with hardware, FPGA, firmware and systems engineers on technically challenging projects from

• Strong background in analog electronics design.
• Experience developing complex analog/hardware systems.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop analog electronic circuits and systems.
• Translate system requirements into robust hardware solutions.
• Perform circuit analysis, simulation and design verification.
• Develop schematics and support PCB design activities.
• Work closely with digital, FPGA, firmware and systems engineers.
• Select components and contribute to hardware architecture decisions.
• Support prototype development, testing and debugging.
• Identify and resolve hardware design issues.
• Develop technical documentation and design specifications.
• Engage with customers and provide technical input throughout projects.
