Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) in Brisbane, QLD, seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to join our national Air Quality team. You will deliver emission inventories and modelling, author technical reports, and lead client-focused permitting and compliance work for industrial facilities.

With 8+ years in air quality consulting, you will mentor colleagues, expand client relationships, and contribute to ERM’s global air quality services while collaborating across the ERM network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in air quality/compliance consulting.
• Senior-level professional with proven emission inventories and modelling expertise.
• Authorisation to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver emission estimation inventories, odour and air quality modelling assessments.
• Write technical environmental reports, proposals and tenders.
• Plan projects with varying complexity and scale.
• Meet client scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Lead client-focused air permitting and compliance strategies for industrial facilities.
• Develop and expand client relationships for repeat business.
• Mentor team members and conduct independent technical reviews.
• Support growth of ERM’s global air quality services.
• Collaborate with ERM global practitioners on air quality projects.
