Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience including significant client-facing delivery across technology, digital consulting or AI transformation.
• Ability to lead engagements with senior client stakeholders and manage workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client leaders to understand strategic priorities and diagnose problems where AI adds value.
• Structure ambiguous problems and translate insights into actions and solution priorities.
• Lead the design, build and testing of AI-enabled solutions and prototypes with client teams.
• Translate business priorities into practical AI use cases, roadmaps and measurable value.
• Guide teams through rapid testing, iteration and implementation of solutions.
• Drive adoption, scaling and real-world impact across client environments.
• Lead major engagements with accountability for scope, milestones, risks and outcomes.
• Facilitate executive discussions and workshops to move decisions forward.
