Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an AI Builder / Strategist to guide clients in Sydney through AI-led transformation, bridging business strategy with AI execution. The role involves engaging C-suite executives to shape AI visions, operating models, investment roadmaps, business cases, and transformation programs.

The consultant collaborates with clients, AI ecosystem partners, and delivery teams to move from AI experiments to enterprise-wide value, integrating AI strategy with commercial and governance

Qualifications

• Proven AI strategy expertise across Generative AI, Agentic AI, governance and enterprise adoption.
• Extensive CXO engagement experience with executive workshops and stakeholder influence.
• Strong business case and ROI modelling for AI investments.

Responsibilities

• Engage CXOs to identify AI-driven business opportunities and prepare strategy workshops.
• Assess AI maturity and develop enterprise AI roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop AI operating models, governance frameworks and adoption strategies.
• Create AI investment cases, ROI models and value-realisation frameworks.
• Craft end-to-end AI solutions mapped to Cognizant's Builder strategy and PoCs/pricing models.
• Lead small teams to deliver PoCs and consulting assignments.
