Job summary

Amazon seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to accelerate customer adoption of agentic AI capabilities built on Amazon WorkSpaces. You will be embedded with customers to deploy agentic AI with Prompt configuration, tool integration, and data readiness for production environments.

You will co-build with customer engineers, validate production readiness, and travel up to 25-40% for on-site engagements, shaping the roadmap for WorkSpaces Agent Access at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology domains (software, cloud, infra, security, data).
• Design, implement or consult on applications and infrastructures.
• Experience with AI systems and evaluating AI workloads.
• Familiarity with MCP and/or A2A protocols for tool integration and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with Bedrock or equivalent foundation models and governance.
• Understanding of VDI/DaaS architecture including networking and identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to capture business requirements, existing desktop infra, and AI readiness.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Agentic WorkSpaces including prompts and tool integration.
• Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions and scripting.
• Architect secure access to cloud data systems and power RAG-based agent actions.
• Co-build AI solutions with customer developers and validate production readiness.
