Job summary
monday.com is seeking a Senior AI Solution Engineer to own the technical win for large, complex ANZ enterprise opportunities. You will blend deep product knowledge with architectural expertise to design how monday fits into a customer’s landscape and ways of working.
This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in our Melbourne office, where you will lead tailored demos, respond to RFPs, and guide security reviews while collaborating across product and customer teams to drive value and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Pre Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of project management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on engaging storytelling.
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems navigating ambiguity.
- Experience working across a range of industries with the ability to understand the current landscape and typical challenges and opportunities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving technical sales processes.
- Experience designing AI agent, Vibe applications or LLM-based workflows - a great advantage.
- Strong understanding of JSON, RESTful APIs, GraphQL and webhooks.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical win on large, complex enterprise opportunities across ANZ.
- Lead the technical elements of a deal with a CTO mindset to map prospects' business processes, system landscape and decision criteria.
- Build and deliver tailored demos and proofs of concept across work management, CRM and service, including AI agents and vibe apps.
- Lead technical responses to RFPs and government tenders, along with security & compliance reviews.
- Establish reference architectures, integration specs, pre-configured solution packages and best practices for the team.
- Provide field insights back to Product and R&D, and clarify what the platform can and can't do to customers.
