Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Senior AI Product Builder to work with business stakeholdersorn on AI-powered solutions. You will build, configure and deploy AI agents and automation with low-code/no-code tools, from concept through adoption and measurable value delivery.

You will collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure alignment, drive change, and promote responsible AI governance while mentoring colleagues and influencing stakeholders on evolving capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in product management, business analysis, AI enablement, or related roles.
• Experience building, configuring, and deploying AI-powered solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business challenges into AI outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across business and technology teams.
• Proactive mindset with governance and risk awareness in regulated environments.

The Enterprise AI Enablement team helps bring artificial intelligence solutions to life across our organisation. We work closely with business teams to identify opportunities, build practical AI-powered solutions, and support the responsible adoption of emerging technologies that improve ways of working and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What role will you play?

As a Senior AI Product Builder, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and design AI-powered solutions that address their needs. You will build, configure, and deploy AI agents, skills, and automation solutions using low-code and no-code tools, taking ownership from initial concept through to adoption and ongoing value delivery.

You will collaborate across business and technology teams to drive alignment on solutions, support organisational change, and promote best practice for the responsible use of AI. You will also play an important role in mentoring colleagues, influencing stakeholders, and helping shape how AI capabilities evolve across the organisation.

What you offer
