Job summary

TetraScience, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Platform Engineer to own and scale the AI/ML infrastructure that powers production-grade, multi-tenant scientific data solutions.

You will drive architecture decisions across model serving, MCP tooling, and agent runtimes, partnering with Applied AI and data teams. You will design secure, scalable cloud-native systems, implement observability, and guide teams through capacity planning, cost optimization, and regulatory requirements in a pharma

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and infrastructure.
• Proven leader/architect responsible for scalable distributed systems.
• Experience embedding security into multi-tenant platforms with PII/PHI handling.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI/ML platform architecture and API surface for customers.
• Lead design reviews and document reference architectures.
• Mentor engineers in distributed systems and AI engineering practices.
