Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with extensive experience in building cloud-native AI agents for enterprise environments. You will design, deploy, and run agentic workflows that scale across complex client ecosystems while collaborating with stakeholders to define use cases and prototypes.

You will work directly with clients, integrate across AI providers, and ensure robust, secure platforms with measurable performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in end-to-end software engineering and SDLC.
• 3+ years hands-on with agentic AI, cloud-native APIs and multi-provider AI platforms.
• Experience leading workshops and delivering in ambiguity with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents encompassing retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.) to enable seamless integration and enablement.
• Leverage containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and observability to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor and deploy agentic applications across verticals (finance, healthcare, retail) with intelligent automation.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven agent workflows with stakeholders.
