Job summary

TaltentTrek is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - AI/ML to design, develop and maintain scalable applications while building AI/ML models across the lifecycle.

You will design and deploy models for image processing, NLP and sentiment analysis, using Python, C++, .NET, WPF and WCF, with Agile and SAFe practices including Scrum Master responsibilities where needed. Collaboration and mentoring are key.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development across the lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
• Hands-on with Python, C++, .NET, WPF and WCF.
• Experience developing, training, evaluating and deploying AI/ML models.
• Knowledge of deep learning, image processing, NLP and sentiment analysis.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, neural networks.
• Statistical modelling, data prep and model performance evaluation.
• Agile and SAFe practices; Scrum Master experience.
• Version control, testing, CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.
• Adaptable, able to manage priorities and work independently.
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable software applications.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to meet business needs.
• Build solutions for image processing, NLP and sentiment analysis.
• Prepare datasets, perform feature engineering, validate outputs.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production via APIs/services.
• Contribute across the lifecycle from requirements to support.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues and improve quality, security and maintainability.
• Support cloud deployment, automation and CI/CD processes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and SAFe delivery practices.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Maintain technical docs and suggest process improvements.
